International meeting AYB took place in Prague
As we have advertised before, Association of Young Beekeepers (AYB) organized its first meeting. Young beekeepers aged 16 to 22 years have gathered together in Prague as a part of a project Swarming during 17th and 22nd May 2017. The participants came from 8 countries and they haven’t used this meeting only to get to know each other, but mostly to introduce their work with youth in their countries. Apart from presenting their best practices, they could also obtain practical experience from hosting a regional round of a beekeeping competition, which was a preliminary round for selection of participants for IMYB.
